False Advertising- Poor Customer Service-Player Rating Manipulation

Developer advertises "Legendary Chess Set UPGRADE... So far its unavailable (at least to me) Any attempt to obtain customer service/support or ask questions not only about this app but just in general is met with no response.
The site itself is not bad... but the player ratings are ridiculously inflated and can be easily manipulated by users.
